Bradley Pritchard
Research and Membership Development Director
Bradley Pritchard is a key resource to the STARoundtable membership and team providing our members with pinpoint research and insights into important areas of recruiting and staffing. He is an accomplished staffing and recruiting process expert with several years of experience in managing and leading change inside of organizations. Bradley is currently a Consultant at Riviera Advisors, a highly specialized Management Consulting firm specialized in helping companies to improve and enhance their internal recruiting and staffing capabilities. Prior to Riviera, Bradley served as Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Invitrogen Corporation, a fast-growing global biotechnology organization. In addition, he also served as a Talent Acquisition Leader and Acquisition & Integration Leader during his tenure at Invitrogen. While at Invitrogen, Bradley led several significant projects including recruitment process reengineering, ATS (applicant tracking system) integration, relocation process reengineering, and charge-back models among others. Subsequent to joining Invitrogen, Bradley worked in key Staffing, Human Resources, and Project Management roles at Honeywell Corporation and ExxonMobil Corporation.
Bradley received his MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee. He is trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Bradley is based in San Diego, California.
